Naan ( indian bread )

   preparation time : 10 minutes 

   cooking time  : 5 minutes















ingredients :



suppose flour / refined flour                 2 
Luke warm water                                  1 cup
yeast                                                    1 tsp
salt                                                       1/2 tsp
sugar                                                     1/2 tsp
baking soda                                           pinch 
yogurt                                                  2 tbsp
oil                                                          1 tbsp
butter to brush 



method :





  • in a Luke warm water add dried east and mix well . and set aside .

  • now in the refined flour bowl add pinch of soda , salt , and sugar and mix well .
  • now add oil , yogurt and mix well  again with with hand .
  • now add Luke warm water into it , knead and make fine dough . cover it with cotton cloth and set aside for 4 hour on room temperature .

  • now this dough will be doubled of before. now kneed again and divide them into equal 6 part and make ball of each with the help of dry purpose flour .

  • now by using kitchen roller and dry refined flour make enlarge it on kitchen table .like pizza base / or roti / tortilla .
  • place them into pizza making stone in microwave . and cook in preheated oven for at least 2 minutes on high temperature .
  • brush some butter on top of it and serve it with any gravy , veg , non veg
